Dates
We are open for 8 weeks from Monday July 6th to Friday August 28th, 2026.
The Centre is closed Monday June 29th to Friday July 3rd and Monday August 31st to Friday September 4th, 2026.
Hours
Full-day hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Program hours are 9 am to 4 pm.
Fees
Program fees are outlined in the Summer 2026 registration forms. Please ensure you access the correct form for currently enrolled families or non-enrolled families.
There will be a late fee charged, which is to be paid by the end of the week, if you sign-out your child after 4pm on Program Hours or after 5:30pm on Full Day Hours.
Fees include breakfast until 8:30 am, lunch and afternoon snack.
Families may select the number of weeks the wish to register, and fees will be calculated accordingly.
Please note that all listed fees already include the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). Families may also apply for the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) to further reduce the cost of care.
Age Groups
Discovery Club is for children going into kindergarten*, grade 1 & grade 2. Adventure Club is for children going into grades 3 and up.
Weekly themes are the same for both groups.
Summer Program Registration information
Weekly registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration Dates:
- Currently enrolled families: April 28th to June 12th, 2026 (closes at 5pm)
- Community registration: May 5th to June 12th, 2026 (closes at 5pm)

How to Complete Registration:
Your child is considered registered once:
- Program fees have been paid (cash, cheque or e-transfer), and
- All required forms have been completed with an office staff member
If your child does not currently attend our centre, additional licensing forms are required. These forms must be submitted at least two weeks before your child’s start date. Once we receive your summer registration form, we will email the necessary documents to you.

Additional Information:
- Limited spaces are available for children aged 5 who will be entering Kindergarten in September 2026. Licensing approval is required for this age group. Please contact the office for further details.
- Children entering Grade 8 in September 2026 are eligible to register for the 2026 Summer Program
Field Trip Reminders
We offer two scheduled field trips each week, which may involve transportation on our bus or on public transit. In addition, children will participate in walking field trips to local neighbourhood parks.
On field trip days, children should bring:
- A backpack to carry their belongings
- A refillable water bottle
Please provide appropriate sun protection, such as a hat and sunglasses when needed, and ensure your child is dressed for the weather.
Please note that field trips are subject to weather conditions and staffing levels and may change with short notice.
